When HiYesNo seems slow or inaccessible, use these channels to quickly confirm if there is a service outage.
Status Channels
- Platform status page: real-time display of service module status (frontend, API, on-chain interaction, settlement service)
- Official Telegram channel: major outages announced within 30 minutes
- Twitter/X official account: emergency notices and progress updates
Status Definitions
- Operational: all services running as expected
- Degraded performance: service available but may be slower than normal
- Partial outage: some features unavailable (such as regional access)
- Major outage: platform temporarily unusable, under emergency resolution
Blockchain Status
Polygon network status is independent of the HiYesNo platform. For on-chain transaction delays, check the Polygon official status page to confirm whether the network is congested. Even when HiYesNo is normal, network congestion may affect transaction speed.
Fund Safety
During system outages, user funds remain protected by smart contracts on-chain. Platform outages do not affect asset safety.
