2. Include "Accessibility Feedback" in the message subject
3. Describe the issue, including: the device and assistive technology you are using, the specific page or feature where the problem occurred, and a detailed description of the problem

How We Handle Your Feedback

• Acknowledge receipt within 5 business days
• Add the issue to the accessibility improvement priority list
• Notify the submitter when the fix is complete (if contact information is provided)

Urgent Accessibility Needs

If an accessibility issue prevents you from completing a critical action (such as a withdrawal), mark your feedback as "Urgent" and we will prioritize it and provide human assistance.
