HiYesNo reserves the right to restrict user accounts that violate community guidelines in order to protect the fairness of the platform ecosystem.

Types of Account Restrictions

• Temporary trading restriction: suspending the ability to participate in specific markets, typically lasting 24 to 72 hours
• Account suspension: fully suspending trading functions while preserving withdrawal rights for existing balances
• Permanent ban: accounts will be permanently deactivated in severe cases

Behaviors That May Lead to Restrictions

• Violating any item in the prohibited conduct list
• Repeatedly ignoring platform warnings
• Verified market manipulation
• Providing false identity information

Appeal Process

1. Contact support, explain the situation, and provide relevant evidence
2. Support will complete an initial review within 5 business days
3. Complex cases may require additional processing time

Fund Safety

Regardless of account status, funds in your wallet are always under your control. Account bans do not affect your ability to access on-chain assets directly through your Web3 wallet.
