To ensure platform security and stability, HiYesNo conducts regular planned maintenance. Here is our maintenance notification policy.

Maintenance Notification Process

1. 48 to 72 hours before: maintenance announcement posted on status page and Telegram channel
2. 24 hours before: prominent banner pushed to alert users
3. 1 hour before: final reminder
4. During maintenance: real-time progress updates

Maintenance Time Selection

Maintenance is scheduled during lowest traffic periods where possible (UTC 02:00 to 06:00) to minimize user impact. Major upgrades may require longer windows.

Impact During Maintenance

• Trading functions may be suspended depending on maintenance scope
• Existing positions are unaffected; on-chain assets always remain secure
• Settlements will continue as scheduled after service resumes

Emergency Maintenance

Security vulnerabilities may trigger unannounced emergency maintenance. Users will be notified as soon as possible after such maintenance begins.
