To maintain a fair and healthy prediction market ecosystem, the following behaviors are explicitly prohibited on HiYesNo.
Market Manipulation
- Using false information to distort market prices
- Coordinating multiple accounts to manipulate market outcomes or prices
- Participating in markets while in possession of insider information
Account Abuse
- Registering or using multiple accounts in the same market to circumvent restrictions
- Impersonating others or using false identity information
- Selling, transferring, or sharing accounts
Technical Abuse
- Using unauthorized automated scripts or bots for high-frequency operations
- Attempting to attack, penetrate, or disrupt platform smart contracts
- Exploiting platform vulnerabilities for improper gain
Consequences
Users who violate these standards may face account restrictions or bans, transaction freezes, or reports to relevant regulatory authorities. The platform reserves the right to make independent judgments regarding violations.
